Hay Days sponsored by MSU Extension, the Michigan Forage Council and Michigan GLCI are intended to provide information that will assist producers in managing risk by applying the latest technology and management practices.

Each Hay Day will be slightly different and links to the agenda will be posted closer to the event date.

Warm Season Grass Management for Forage.

Can warm season grasses fill a niche in the summer slump in Michigan?

How are warm season grasses managed compared to cool season grasses? This training session is designed for NRCS conservationists and Conservation District staff as well as anyone considering using a C4 grass as pasture. Contact us for registration.

MSU Equine Team presents Equine Nutrition for Horse Owners

 

May 18- June 15, 5 consecutive Thursday evenings from 7-9:30 pm.

Registration fee= $175. The first two sessions cover forages and hay.
